A family Business managed by William and Victor Clarke (brothers). We specialise in commercial and business Law. The Firm is 90 years old so we have been dealing with business transfer for three generations.So we not only specialise in the transfer of the family business, we lived it having been transferred the practice from our father. The Firm is the First Firm in Carlow to win the Irish Law Awards Leinster Law Firm of the year with under 5 Solicitors. Not only that, we have won it twice (back to back in 2014 and 2015) in recognition of our skills, client base and innovation. We are committed to being a specialist Firm and each of our Solicitors specialises in a different area (Mainly commercial, agricultural and IT).
