Bill Holohan, Senior Partner and Founder of Holohan Solicitors has been awarded the Irish Law Award 2013 for “Mediation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the year 2013”. In 2012, he was also awarded “Irish Mediator of the Year Award 2012” by Acquisition International Magazine. Accredited as a Mediator by both CEDR (the Centre for Effect of Dispute Resolution) and CIArb (the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators) he is the current Chairman of the Chartered Institute Special Interest Group on Mediation.
