Description
The practice was established in the 1980's and today has quite a few clients that are in second generation. It offers all accounting and tax services. In particular it specialises in Audit, Tax and Company Sec advice and compliance filings. In addition, it successfully assists clients with Strategic Planning and compiling three year Business Plans for the purpose of finance, business growth, succession planning, preparation for sale or restructuring. For the purpose of providing some of these services it works closely with a HR specialist and has a number of specialist legal practices it can call on. We are based in Waterford but work with clients on a line south east of Dublin - Limerick
